All drivers must move over or reduce the speed to a reasonable speed when the lights of below types of vehicles are flashing making yellow , amber , white , red , or blue luminescence.

Violations can result in a fine of no more than $500 for the first offense. Failure to obey the Move Over Law can lead to consequences far more serious than fines.
